Think "sleep away" camp, a great alternative to straight boarding for vacation times, or when the BADDog's skills need some polishing. This is NOT a boot camp program, it's BETTER than boot camp; your dog is taught using the same gentle, dog-friendly methods we teach in our group classes and private programs.
We pick up and deliver, provide safe and comfortable accommodations. If your dog is dog-friendly, she may board with us at home and become a member of our family for the duration! If not, he can stay at a nearby indoor facility with 24-hour veterinary supervision in a comfortable air-conditioned environment.

Each Better Than Bootcamp program is custom-tailored to meet the needs of the dog and his people. We do not enforce our 'model' of good behavior on you and your dog, but rather work together with you to understand your goals, and then come up with a plan so that we can meet them together.
Prior to admission to the BTB program, each dog and family is required to sign up for one in-home Behavior Assessment Consultation. This allows us to observe you and your dog in your 'native habitat', get a better feeling for the obstacles you're trying to overcome and the goals you want to achieve. Only after this kind of review can we provide you with a reasonable estimate of what it will take to get you where you want to be.
