Open format classes are designed to allow new students to start anytime! Each of our open format programs consists of 5 weeks of training, and each class is designed to 'stand alone'. This allows new students to start anytime, instead of having to wait for the beginning of the next 5-week program. In the past, if you were ready to start your training this week, but we were already in the middle of a class, you might have to wait 3-4 weeks before you could get going. But not now! Open format classes allow you to jump in anywhere and get a great education as soon as possible!
Citizen Canine - 5 weeks For dogs 6 months old on up (or graduates of The Puppy Club), Citizen Canine students prepare to tackle some big dog issues. Basic behaviors, big-dog style
Attention and name recognition
Sit, down stay
Expanding the social circle - hanging with people and other big dogs
Getting loose - polite leash walking
Come when called, come what may
